We wanted a space for bookish teen girls to relate to each other. So we made one.

Kayla is a high schooler who has loved reading since she could, well, read. Her favorite book is called On Earth We're Briefly Gorgeous. In her free time, she enjoys throwing away her free time to go to speech and debate practice. She is a reluctant cross country runner and a firm believer in the power of working from bed.

Mia picked reading up during the pandemic, and she's glad that she did. Her favorite book is The Once and Future Witches. In her free time, she enjoys burning sage, buying notebooks she'll never finish, and guessing your zodiac sign (she's never wrong). She is a theater kid, but her dancing abilities are still in the works.

Shoshana has always been a casual reader, but this year she upped the ante. Her favorite book is The Hunger Games. In her free time, she enjoys talking to her friends, looking at 500 slightly different acai bowls on Pinterest, and going to youth group meetings. She has an extensive collection of sleep away camp T-shirts, and she does intentionally snort when she laughs, thank you very much.
